The Dojo is where street food, beer, and kung fu meld with mad beats. Born in a brewery, and raised on hip-hop — this is where Melvin goes full throttle.

Melvin was born on a 3-barrel system in 2010, in the back of Thai Me Up, a small Thai restaurant in Jackson Hole. What started as an experiment, a side hustle got louder, weirder, and more explosive than anyone expected. We weren’t just brewing beer — our aim was to brew the future. We wanted to blow hops out of the back of your skull and have you crawl back for more. And lots of people wanted more. So much so we had to build a big brewery in Alpine. Our vision was and remains: If your beer isn’t madness, it’s not beer.

Now we're back in Jackson. The Dojo is Melvin’s homecoming a hideout for mountain freaks, throttle heads, skaters, and flavor chasers in Jackson Hole. No rules. No limits. No apologies. A place to let loose, drop the needle, crush some great grub, and dank beer late into the night. Living life to the emptiest.
